Sales within California will be subject to 8.25% sales tax.

Shipping & handling charges
Shipping is via USPS, which takes approximately 2-5 business days to arrive, from date of shipment. We will e-mail you the confirmation number, if applicable, when your order ships. Shipping prices include handling charges.

Additional shipping costs may apply to certain items due to weight or size. We will e-mail you with actual costs and delivery times to confirm before we charge your credit card.

Packaging
All items will be sent with a copy of your invoice. If your order is being sent directly to a gift recipient, please let us know in the comments section and we will send a receipt to the billing address instead. If you would like a gift card included, please type in a short note in the comments and we'll handwrite it on a card for you.

Shipping Policy

All orders ship within 1-7 business days after the order was placed, depending on item availability. You may refer to the link provided in your e-mail confirmation to view the status of your order and to view tracking information. Delays in processing will be communicated within 24 hours.

Return Policy

All returns, including defective merchandise, must be returned to Imaginary Friends Inc. within 14 business days from receipt of item. If the merchandise was defective due to an Imaginary Friends Inc. error and not due to shipping damage, then purchase and freight costs will be reimbursed. Otherwise, all shipping costs related to receiving and returning the item are the responsibility of the customer. To receive credit for the full amount of purchase, item must be received by Imaginary Friends Inc. in its original packaging, showing no signs of wear, and is in sellable condition.
